    Farmall H temp-gauge

    I'm having a bit of an overheating problem on my '54 H, took the thermostat out completely - been flushed, etc. but someone told me I should put it back in, is operating temp critical?

    Still does it with 5 gal in there. I've had the bowl off/cleaned but didn't get up inside the stand pipe, figured if it's pouring out of the line at the carb I'm okay, but noticed the float valve (carb apart) only let a trickle through when open, it's clean, is that normal? Seems like the...

    Help! H is stalling uphill or when turning right?

    I've been through the carb, governor, etc. runs good for abou 15 min. then okay on level or downhill but stalls on even slight grade. Pulling/mowing with Farmall BushHog. Have to baby it by making sharp left turns or find a downhill. Any ideas? Going nuts here.
