    Under the Seat you should fine the serial number plate. The use the "serial numbers reference in the left chrome.

    Yes it could be the coil. I check for a spark the next time it quits.

    Thanks Gene and Andy I to think it is spark related. I'll first try the simple fix with new plugs. I put in new points and condenser last spring and the Mag was give me a hot spark on the bench.

    OK.. Here is what is happening. I have a Farmall B that starts on the first crank when cold. But, after heating up (not running hot) stalls and wont restart until it cools off. I have a drain cock on the carburetor so I know it is getting gas. to the carb. It has spark. Any ideas??

    I just purchased this loader and I am looking for information. The loader as a PTO pump and was installed on a old Farmall A. I am guessing that the loader is a David model 99, 100, or 101. Does anyone have a similarly loader. I know that these loaders were installed on MF tractors.
