    Opinions on a baler

I have seen him at numerous auctions running around like a wild man biding on stuff.

    All-Crop head

well ideally a 4 row would be in order for us. I am not sure about the weights in the rear, although it is 4wd, and I am sure I could load the tires and add some wheel weights to it as well. Not much in the east though huh?

    Opinions on a baler

As far as MacFadden"s auctions go...I found out firsthand that he will NOT sell anything unless he is making money on it period. It is certainly not an "absolute" auction. Jimmy is a go getter for sure. I bought a 316 with the pan style kicker a few years back and have been pretty content, once...

I stand corrected, I should have said the springs for the hay dogs.

    Knotter Gurus????

Can Anybody tell me if there is an easy way to change the "Hay Dogs" on a NH baler? I know there is a right way and a wrong way to put them on. Thanks for any help.

    NH 316 sq baler??

I run a 316 and I have had just a few minor problems with the ejector more than the actual baler. The 316 was built because the 315 did not have the capacity it should have had for it"s size. The 311"s were running circles around the 315. The 316 will eat some hay, ut like most have said...

    Renewable Energy / Bio-Diesel question...

we are most certainly not looking to make 100,000 gallons of biodiesel. But Canola looks like a smart option for us. I am a tad concerned about the combining and the difficulties that come with it. I guess we will cross that bridge when we get to it.

    Renewable Energy / Bio-Diesel question...

Well we are starting a Co-Op. The press is coming from Piedmont. Seed storage shouldn't be too bad, I have a guy that I know who is slowly selling off all of his stuff, and some bins are coming up soon. He used them for corn, but that shouldn't be a problem should it? The press is completely...

    Renewable Energy / Bio-Diesel question...

I was just offered a pretty good ( or appears to be on paper) opportunity to make my own bio-diesel for next season. I am planning on starting out on a small scale, and expanding from there. Maybe 30 acres or so. I am located in Western New England and have a relatively short growing season, mid...

    hay tedders

I have posted on this before, look into Pequea, they are the most rugged tedder on the market. I have seen them side by side with the big boys and there is absolutely no comparison. I had a little bit of troubles, but the updates have fixed it.

Can someone help me with this....NH 1431 problem

I cannot for the life of me figure this out. I just bought a nice 1431 pull type discbine. It is NOT the 2 pt hitch, it has the drawbar. It was mowing fine for me in some real big canary grass, and one of the idlers for the belt tensioner broke off the tower it sits on. I had it welded back on...
