    Am kinda lookin for a 14.9 x 38 co-op tire with the 45* lookin tread to use for a pulling tractor.     My first tractor pull

    SVcummins, Where in Idaho SV? We have 3 good pulls in the Moses Lake area each year plus da few more on the coast side. I feel your pain!! Tried to get a pull going ten miles south of home but all they wanted were trucks!!, or the promoter did I guess. Managed to run us off! dgerth

    On level ground with wheels blocked, my experience, Cure for the problem after alignment? Be sure to make square shifts in the pattern. Don't "cut corners"! Cheap "fix"! dgerth

    Weight of AC C and CA

    Our CA need about 70# in the center to make 2.5K. No problems with the WF staying on the ground except with a hard track. We pull with 16.9 x 24's and it does wonderfully well, very competitive setup. dgerth

    I don't think it's a matter of not liking the lighter classes, but usually the sled is not able to handle them, as sometimes they cannot get the sled to move, or perhaps, not enough entries in a class for competition. dg

    Gentlemen, I have a 3cyl gas engine I think is a Perkins? I have a TO30 with a bad motor. Will the 152 3cyl change out with the 129 4 cyl? Also, does anyone have pros/cons about the 3cyl over the 4 cyl as to HP, reliability, etc.? tks, dg

    No spark?

    I have a Fairbanks Morse magneto on a WD with no spark, how do I check this out? I have no experience with mags so am in the dark. Have replaced wires, points/condenser. The unit "snaps" when turned over but no spark to the plugs. What next? tks, dg

    If that's what it's called, where can I acquire one of these devices to eliminate the hand clutch? Also, does it require a split to install same device? This is on a WD used for pulling. tks, dgerth
