1030 advice

Bought this 1030 a couple years ago off auction, it ran and drove, no prior history. I put a few hours on it mowing and square baling, ran great. Last year my son needed a senior project so he built a canopy form the old cab, replaced all hoses, belts, filters, and fluids, new front tires, and we also split it and put a new clutch in it, then he painted it. After installing new decals and getting ready for our first test drive, the front head gasket let loose. One little piece came out of the front side of the front head, makes a louder sound with the exhaust now. We really haven't ran it much since as I'm not sure if coolant could be leaking into the cylinder. I'm gettting ready to tackle this project now, and not sure if I should just focus on fixing this one head, or should I bite the bullet and do all three? I see they make kits with the other gaskets as well. Figured I'd adjust the valves while I'm in there, anything else I should be doing? Any other issues I might encounter? I do have the Case service manual. Attached is a before and after picture.
Thanks, Clint.
