1450 cub hydrostat

help! 1450 hydro unit was leaking at input shaft.tractor was running fine. changed front seal now tractor wont move,and deck lift contol seems locked. anyone give me some insight? hate to junk it.

Did you have the charge pump casting off to change the seal, or simply pry out the old seal and install a new one?

If you had the casting off, you may have assembled the charge pump wrong and/or broke or lost the little pin that drives the gerotor-type charge pump.

bob i didnt do the repair myself, my dad did it and he took the casting off. now he did say that some pieces came out with the housing. is this drive pin you"re speaking of small enoungh it could have fallen out when this was disassembled?
