1938 Allis B radiator issue

I replaced the metal elbow with new hose, I still have leak from top to water pump . I used some seal on metal too.
Do I have a water pump issues

As old as the tractor is rust could cause a leak in places you wouldn't look. Usual water pump leak starts around the fan shaft. Normally when the tractor is warm and you shut it off you can see the water dripping off the front of the pump. If you have never put a new seal in a water pump you will save money buying a rebuilt or new one if that is what you need.

Thanks, I sealed again this am & waiting 24 hr. Never leaked until I put new hose on. My Radiator never boils either .

Did you also do the top hose? I just had one that had a minor leak at the thermostat housing bolts. A little pipe dope on the bolt and it sealed.
