1969 Ford 3000 fluid tube end leaking

My Ford 3000 is leaking from fittings behind the brake pedals and I'm not sure what the lines are that the leak is coming from. I tried tightening the hollow bolts but they wouldn't move. I'm not sure what
type of O ring is needed to fix the leak. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The bolt heads are only about 1/8 or so exposed so if anyone has experience in loosening them without the socket slipping
would be helpful too.

Thanks
Dave
