3000 HYD O-RING DILEMMA

Is there a certain kit of O-rings that you can buy that would contain most of the O-rings needed to finish replacing everything needed for my top lid cover. I have an assortment of nitrile O-rings SAE. Some of them are so close I can't tell the difference but is there something I should look for or do they need to be perfectly fitted and not just close. When I started this project I bought a top lid cover gasket with O-rings to go along with replacement. A helper (meaning well), replaced some while I was working on something else and got them mixed up and I don't know where I'm at now LOL any advice.
