350 Utility Power Steering

I finished the pto, now on to the power steering. Owner said the steering cylinder needs rebuilt. Can I get the cylinder apart without draining the hydraulic and removing the lines next to the cylinder? If I have to drain hydraulic fluid, where is the drain plug?Thanks, Chris

It's not leaking. The owner says it needs rebuilt, gave me the parts for it. He thinks that I can just take the cylinder loose and remove it.
