4039 engine serial plate decode please

I got my engine home and I am hoping the experts can tell me what I've got by decoding the serial numbers. I know its a 4039 from a 6000 sprayer that really runs great. I don't know the year or HP. It will go in my 1968 2510, it has a running engine, but the 202 is so hard to start and I got a chance to get a good engine that I know is in good shape, so I will put it in my 2510.

4 cylinder, 239 cid diesel, naturally aspirated.....probably mid 70s

Tractor model 2040 built for European sales with 239 CID(3.9L) engine is listed at 70 HP. What's you engines block casting #?

I located that casting # listed in 6000 PC

That is what it was in, but since the rest of the 6000 Hy-Cycle is gone, I don't have a serial number for the machine to find out the year or HP. I really appreciate your help-Thanks.
