If the air tank has a 1/2" NPT port on it, just get a 1/2 to 1/4 reducer, a 1/4 ball valve and a 1/4 air quick connect and you can easily air up the system from your shop compressor for like $10.

Might be possible to take drive belt off on onboard compressor and drive the pulley with an air or electric impact or driver. If it has a hex center??

Maybe takes to much hp?

If you air up the truck and cage the chamber as shown in other pictures. You wil have brakes till the air goes down. IT will just not have a parking brake. IF you decide to air it up to move you would want to keep the air on till it reaches around 120 with the brakes released or you will be dragging the service brakes from low air. Both systems are in the same can just opposite sides of the middle aluminum center. Depending on how far you are moving it what are you going to do for power steering? They don't exactly steer easy dead.

Our newest truck at work is a 2018 Mack. It got towed in a couple of weeks ago, and the wrecker used the glad hands from his truck to ours. I saw him unhook them. We had our newest yard truck towed in last week. Its a 2019, and I know the glad hands were used, because I took them loose myself.

How far do you need to move it? If you just need to move it on your property I would just disable the brakes and go really slow or tow it. If you are going out in public with it I wouldn't drive it until the brake system was completely restored.
