Air Cleaner Top Cap, 800 Gas

Good Morning All,

This is the day the Lord has made - rejoice and be glad in it! I'm curious if anyone would have the pre-screener, the top cap, for the top of the air cleaner intake stack on an 800 gas. Case p/n is A7486.

I bought a repo from Steiner Tractor for mine.

Slip an after market pre-cleaner on there. Gets the big crap before it gets to the air cleaner oil.

Check the tractor parts on the left side of the page on this site for a good aftermarket pre-cleaner.

You guys were right on. Got one from Steiner's that did the trick. Thanks for the advice...

If it is anything like the ones on the 400s you'd be better off with an aftermarket one. My 400s would catch every drop of rain that hit it and fill the bottom of the air cleaner with water. If I ever left one of them outside for awhile I would put a bucket over the air stack. The exhaust had its own built in drain.
