Antique Tractor Drive

I’ve been thinking of organizing a antique tractor drive, as there are are not any that happen in my area. Does anyone have any experience or tips for organizing this type of event?

I have no experience in organizing one. My township sponsored on in 2017 for our bicentennial. I hoped it would be an annual event. Talking to some of those involved there was expense for the two sherrif's department escorts and you should probably look into insurance liability.

I have started the process to have a small one here in our locale. Also my family is going to be the lead in a donation drive/ participating units. Ie....
This first one we're gonna gather donations for either cancer society or Parkinson's. You bring a tractor or side by side, you make a donation to the pot. No set amount. See how it goes.
Then to make it another season's ride, set the donation to another group, heart, lung, Alzheimer's....

Not my idea, but learned about it from YouTube family in NY, Tom... The way we do things, on Instagram Farmsumbtch ? Abbreviation for something. They started their gathering for Alzheimer's, has grown into its own farm show
With a tractor ride on the side now.
