Help us out a bit. What do you think they go in? What manufacturer made them?

My best guess with current information is from the IH Index of Parts Numbers as follows:
3209D - is in catalogs TC11, TC12, TC19, TC20 and TC21, which are for T40, TD40, W40, WD40, I40, ID40, T35 and TD35 tractors.
3227D - is in catalog PU29, which is for UD6A power unit
3227DX - is in catalog TC11, which is T40 and TD40 tractors.
3208DA - is in catalogs PU2, TC11, TC12, TC19, TC20 and TC21, which is for 3209D, but includes PD-40 power unit.
I don't have those parts catalogs, but someone else may. Of course, also assuming that the letter suffixes are on your bearings. It also assumes that those parts listed in my book are actually bearings!
