I have a partial blocked Coolant Passage on the right back side in my 65 Massey Ferguson and need to know if there is anything that can be done to unclog it

I have a partial blocked Coolant Passage on the right back side in my 65 Massey Ferguson and need to know if there is anything that can be done to unclog it

The passage can be cleaned. Questions abound. How do you know it is clogged? What access do you have to get at it? is the tractor overheating?
Solutions include a radiator/block flush with 6% vinegar, then flushing (rinse) with H2O, mechanical cleaning with parts removal (maybe the head). Tell us more. Jim
