Case 870 powershift

Got an 870 that has had the clutch rebuilt twice this year now. When starting out in low, the clutch squeals for awhile. but that lasted only a short period. Now, after starting the engine, when you depress the inching pedal, the engine stalls. Last time we were told that the C1 clutch pack was torn to pieces. Anyone have any ideas?
