Just got a Clearspan Catalog from Farmtek today
Anyone have one of these buildings/Garages??
They have a 15 yr warranty on the cover. Are they
any good will they last 15 yrs?? I need about a
12'X 20'. Other brand reommendations??
 
My experience tells me if you "need" a 12' X 20' building you should consider at least a 24' X 40'. Square footage cost is usually lower - and you will appreciate the extra room. A clear span building is the best way to go to protect "usable" space. Many brands available.
