When i changed the header to get ready for barley i found the feeder house floor had worn through.
So I cut out the bad spot and replaced it with new.
Of course somewhere along the line I managed to do something to my hand.
Looked like the ring finger knuckle was out of place, but the x-ray showed everything ok. Doc thinks it was a broken blood vessel or something. Hurt like crazy for a while, but doing better now. We got 4/10 of rain yesterday, so maybe start combining tomorrow or Monday.
I forgot, when I climbed up on the combine I saw i left the hopper full last fall. I was going to put it in a wagon when I had room, but forgot it was there.
Guess i got an extra 80-90 bu of corn to make it through til fall. Lol
