Continental F124 Engine

Building up a Continental 4 cylinder engine. Original displacement is 124 cubic inches and want to build it up as a 162 cubic inch displacement.
Has anyone bored a 124 block to 3.425 inches to use the 162 pistons? Is there enough wall thickness to do this?

Since nobody else chimed in I will give it a shot;
Don"t quote me but I think they used the same block just changed the bore and stroke. Better verify this, its just from my VERY foggy memory
