Deutz D10006 Transmission Gear

Hello All,

I have a 1973 Deutz D10006 that has a blown pinion gear and haven’t been able to track down any part for it. I’m thinking of removing it and taking it to a custom shop to see if they can remake one.

Only other thing I can think of is finding an old Deutz at a parts yard but I’m sure they are pretty hard to find.

Attached is the image of the gear, it’s the final drive coming from the transmission output. Thanks for any help!!

Sorry Teddy, haven’t check the post lately. No I haven’t but I would like to discuss the situation with your Duetz and see if other suppliers might have one on hand. Gotta make some calls

Looks like it is the pinion gear, right? Then you should change the ring gear too. Check with Landwier in Wisconsin for parts too.
