Farmall C Hydraulic issues

Put M C away last fall and Hydraulics worked ok started it several times over winter, didn't move hydraulic levers.
System is full of oil but hydraulic will not lift. Tried bleed out air per Operator manual. Any Ideas?

Remove the Allen head pipe plugs from the manifold bolted to the hydraulic unit. Oil should spew out of one of them when the motor is cranked.

Just to ascertain the pump is turning...not much of a key driving it, if the gear has been loose for an extended period, the key will wear out and shear.
