Ford 5000 loader replacement

I had a ford 772 snap and need to replace the loader on our Ford 5000. Are there any loaders that will work better than the 772 and be a quick fit.

About the only aftermarket loader company left is Westendorf. They make one to fit the 5000 but it's not cheap.

Other than that just look around and see if you can find another used loader that has the brackets for your tractor.

If you're handy with a welder you can make just about any brackets work.

How bad is your current loader broken? It can likely be repaired.

I have a Westendorf WL-21 on my 5000. The WL-21 is a good size for the 5000, I have a skid steer quick attach plate on mine. The SSQA turns a loader into a very useful tool. You can find a used WL-21 fairly reasonable although finding one with the 5000 mounts may be a little more difficult. The front mount has multiple holes to fit various tractors. Some of the rear mounts are also adjustable and with a little work will mount on a 5000.
