Ford 555c brake issues

555c ford backhoe , been setting for quit a few yrs and now that its moving the rear wheels seem to be popping sometimes like the brake is sticking but i dont feel it I just hear it. Is this something to be concerned with or is it in need of just working it lose

Could be loose wheel/rim bolts.

The brakes were stuck when I went to load it. Had to rock it back and forth to free it up . All the lugs are tight

I would be looking at a bad planetary. Had 4500 that was doing that till locked up.

well thankfully I owe you an a apology , it was the lugs loose , they were very loose , couldn't tell until I got them off the ground
