Can anyone please help me? I have a 621 Ford tractor with a torque converter and a hydraulic clutch. All the service manuals don't show this as an option. If anyone has any knowledge of this or seen this please respond. I need to know how to adjust the clutch. Everything looks stock.
 
Are you sure it is a 621? A Ford 621 should have a 4 speed transmission with no pto or hydralic lift. If you can, post a picture for some of the experts out here to look at. I have never seen one with the options you have. I am interested in seeing what you have, and also did you try posting this under the ford section?

Yes I am sure it's a 621. No hydraulics or PTO with a 4 speed transmission. I am fairly familiar with Ford tractors and there serial #s. I know this is an industrial model.
