Rain hit just the day after I finally got everything running(sigh). Be baling weeds this year..............which is better than not baling anything. It's taken almost 2yrs to get all of the stuff in order.

Good color on that grass(y)

Oh man, that brings back a lot of fond memories. The super W6 was our raking tractor for decades, right up until about 5 years ago. It pulled a variety of rolabar rakes. I absolute loved it at the time, but having made the switch to rotary rakes a few years ago and now using a Ford 5000 with power steering; I probably would hate it if I went back to that W6 and rolabar. They were fond memories for sure, and if we had large, flat fields I would have loved it even more. But bouncing around and steering that beast in our rocky, steep, small, and wacky-shaped fields could certainly be a chore at times.

I have very fond memories of raking hay with a W4 as a kid working for a dairy farmer neighbour. The folks next door to us had a Super W6 with a hand clutch, and I like driving it too. Many years later I bought a W4 for my self, so my young sons could have a tractor to ride helping do spring work like pulling a Diamond harrow, or small manure spreader. Great tractors

i have never seen a w6 with a hand clutch. this is the TA model. i know the 9 series is quite common to have a hand clutch, along with the orchard models.
