Heston 4650 hay dog trouble

So I took the plunger out to see why it was so noisey. No bearings were bad and did not see that it was hitting anything. Then I noticed that the top hay dogs on each side were getting pushed out at the end of the stroke by a part of the plunger weldment. So I took my cutoff wheel and removed a small piece of steel on each side. Hope this works. I will try my hand at sharpening the knifes.
