If it sounds too good to be true it is probably a scam. I have the inside track membership and I have never heard of a deal like that. Tread lightly.

When in doubt, try going directly to the HF website to see if the deal on that product is on the company website.

As someone said, simply call a HF store and ask.
I used to receive several emails similar to that claiming to be from HF. When you expand the from address you can see the actual sender address. I blocked every such email and now receive very few. I wonder how many thousands of addresses are in my blocked folder?
I no longer receive any emails from a lonely widow wanting to give me $1,000,000 just for cashing a check for her.
