What diesel pump was used on factory IH 666? Did it have a TA?

The German built D-312 engine used an American Bosch M100 pump. The majority of IH tractors from that era were equipped with a TA which was signified by an “S” after the serial number. However the tractors could be ordered with a TA delete option.

D312 is the international engine. The 686 used the 312 in the early models and then used the German D310 in the later models. All 666 either had the D312 or gas 291

The 312 was US built and was the only option in terms of diesel engine for the 666. The 310 showed up for the 686 in 1979.
