IHC 806 return line issue

I’d had injectors out and returned everything to button up and close. My #1 return line is pushing fuel past the grommet and out the top of the brass nut.
I’ve replaced the grommet to no change. Trash chunk grommet pieces perhaps in the injector body fuel return?

Handled.
Disconnected, removed and cleaned the injector ports and return line w 90# of air.

Thank you. I’m fond of that horse. It’d been well maintained by a prior owner neighbor who had it earn its keep.
