Jack for Ford 8N

I bought my grandpa's 8N at my dad's auction about 20 years ago (it's been in the family longer than I have). Dad showed me the jack that came with it for field repairs. It was a pipe contraption that went under the rear axle, a pipe frame that sits under the front, and it hooked to the drawbar to lift the tractor.

A friend did some work on it for me, and I want to get the jack working as well. Does anyone know how to hook it up, or know of any links that can help me figure it out?
