JD #55 3 bottom Plow

Was able to score a 3 bottom John Deere 55 (at least the decal wife's grandpa put on it after he painted it up) drop bottom plow. Looking for a rim for the trip side. What he used was a rim from something else that had spokes, and the hole for the tube neck is straight through the middle, which hits the cast iron hub the rim clamps to.
Any source out there to get a new rim that actually is meant to fit this cast iron hub w/ the trip? May try to drill through the heavy rim for another tube neck position and weld another stop on it so the rim doesn't spin when one triggers it to come up upon end of furrow.

Stem hole is easy to drill. 5/8 dia.

will give that a shot, and source a new tube. Weld the 2nd stop on to keep rim from spinning. May use the grinder on the inside of the rim and hope the tire will grab on it when aired up
Punch a center punch where you want it, drill pilot hole then 5/8

post a pic of your wheel problem. these plows either had a steel wheel or the french and hecht round spoke wheels. should be a 16" rim then a person can see exactly what you are referring to.
