JD 60 tractor question

Recently purchased this 60 JD and have it running pretty good and have used it to haul 15 loads or so of manure. Noticed clutch needed adjustment adjusted it and see its about out of adjustabilty. Looked in operators Manuel at breakdown of clutch and am going to pull it apart. Will probably buy new outer facing sliding drive disk and facing disk also inner facing disk depending on what I find when I take it apart. The question I have is the op manuel says the bolt holding the fixed driving disk on the crankshaft must be TIGHT in bold letters but gives me no specs. How tight I have a good Torque wrench but need the spec.

90 lubed and 120 dry. 5/8 course thread bolt if you want to look it up. Don't forget about the inner disk, you need a good cross bar and long 5/8 bolts.
