John deere 4020 fuel issues

I have a 1970 john deere 4020 and I was trying to finish disking and all of sudden it started to have white smoke and started to misfire. I went through and checked the injectors and the 2nd in from the tractor seat didn't have any fuel out of the line could a line be clogged or would the pump be bad.
And would it be bad to run it on 5 cylinders to finish disking?
Thanks

Dont run it on 5 cylinders, I told my father in law that. He cooked a pisten anyway running it.

That rotary pump WON'T missfire on one cylinder. If the smoke and miss go away when the injector line is loose on that injector I'd suspect engine loss of compression damage.

I completely disconnected the fuel line and wasn't getting any fuel on the 2nd Injector from the tractor seat. All they other ones still have fuel.
