Your local John Deere dealer should be able to cross match the serial numbers to find its applications.

300 series John Deere. It will fit the 318, 322, 330, 332 and the 420 and 430. It is or was, a really good deal.

You just have to put the right chute on and have a 2000 rpm rear pto.

It would take a "really" good mechanic to make it fit anything without that high speed pto. It could be done, but by the time you get the gear reduction right, you would have a smoking hole in your wallet.
