I'm looking for a 3 point conversion kit for a 1940 John Deere H.

I'm looking for a 3 point conversion kit for a 1940 John Deere H.

The H is not built strong enough for a 3 point.
And the front end will be off the ground when you try to pick something up.
I really like my 41 H for gardening and cultivating but I would never want a 3 point hitch on it.

When I got mine there was a wishbone-like lift that was welded to the hydraulic bellcrank for the plow. Poorly made and attached to the rear axle on the left side with a loose pivot. Stupid me, I scrapped it but the plow's lift arm went with it. Should have cut the welds and kept it.

We I picked this up at the auction, the old man whose auction it was, was telling me there was something that went to the tractor, pretty close to what your describing.It sold for 20 bucks in the same auction. If only I had known.
