Lost another YTer this morning

This morning at 5:55 Steve Morris, a farmer, here in Rutland Ohio, and the grandfather of the little girl that got shot last year passed away. He had a cancerous tumor removed from his spinal cord a couple months ago and was confined to a wheel chair. It progressed all through his body until it finally claimed him. He was the last of my old friends. We can have lots of friends in our lives, but only a few are we really blessed with and he was one of mine. His dad was one as well. Steve was only in his mid 60s, a retired bus driver and a farmer as he followed in his parents footsteps. If you have a moment in your busy day please say a small prayer for his family, they are gonna need it in the days that follow

Prayers for the family. I know what they are going through as my brother in law died a month ago of cancer. He spent his last nine months living in my home with my wife and daughter helping him. I drove him many miles to many treatments with the belief that he was going to beat it. We farmed, sawmilled, double teamed at auctions, and did so much together.
