Yes, the beagle will climb the fence!

We used to horse camp with two horses and three dogs - Catahoula Leopard Dog, Black Lab and a Schipperke.

Kept them on 10 foot wires in camp, in crates when we went riding. Screw-in ground anchors. Close enough to us for them to be secure and not get antsy! They really liked it.

I just finished ordering a 21C and am very excited about it! I will be camping with dogs. I’m wondering what others who camp with dogs are using to confine their dogs at campsites. I’d prefer some type of fencing over tethering them to a rope. Besides exercise pens, has anyone found or devised an easily portable and light weight temporary fencing system to use as an enclosure?
