I have a 135 with the multi power stuck in low the fluid is full and the lever is going up and down on the top of the transmission but will not come out of low and engine will not hold tractor back going down hill. The safety switch beside the plunger is disconnected would that have any effect on it or any other suggestions thanks

Low is the default mode for Multi-Power. Hydraulic pressure is required to engage "high". Low is completely mechanical. Chances are the auxiliary hydraulic pump that provides the pressure for the M-P is worn out and the low pressure has damaged the discs in the M-P clutch pack.

Try changing all your transmission filters and fluid that you can.

Do your other hydraulics work?
