It seems that only one side of my hydraulic valve will work. I can raise my disc wheels up but it will not lower them. I can revers my hoses and lower my wheels but can not raise them. I replaced some broken parts and o-rings and adjusted the pressure on the valves in accordance to the manual. Any Idea what may be causing this? (Initially one of the push rods had broken in the valve)
