MF 135 clutch trouble

I still maintain you should have started taking measurements BEFORE removing the clutch, but I guess you can still do it after installing it again. I can't see finger height adjustment entering into this, that's easy enough to determine if the release bearing assembly can't be adjusted back far enough. That doesn't sound at all what you described. Seems more like one of the transmission shafts is bottoming out in there when the bolts are fully tightened.

No photos? I want you to show how and why you think everything is correct and why it should work with no problems. Are the lined clutch plates the same between new and old, the offsets of the center hubs?
