MF 50 steering arm tie rod end

Im have a difficult time finding this end, the ball screws into the steering arm then the right side steering arm threads into the tie rod which is the toe in adjustment, the left side rod ball joint also attaches to this same end, regular taper pin.

Everything I see the ball joint has a taper with a nut.

I find that steering arrangement in the Massey Harris 50 parts book on line. the MF50 book shows nothing like that.
