napa or bumper to bumper, or pentagon should have that number.

Been a long time but they used a standard cav fuel system that carried the small pancake type filter on some either way NAPA filter look up should get you going. If you ever need a starter I used to pull a couple of 55s and have a heavy duty rebuilt starter for the diesel here in Dover Tn

The NAPA 3191 I've been told is no longer available. I use Baldwin BF7726 now.

He needs the sealed filter with 1/4 inch pipe thread inlet/outlet. CAV never had a filter like that far as I've ever seen. I use the Baldwin filter on the test stand for American Bosch PSB and M100 testing.
