Michigan 75A loader / shovel

I acquired this loader and the front axel pulls but the steering axel does not pull

Is there a 4 X 4 shifter or do I have other problems

Yes there is 2 shifters on the floor to your right while sitting on the seat. The one on the left is for high/low range and the one on the right is for four wheel drive to lock in the rear steer axle.

If your shifters are missing I can look at mine to give you an idea where on the transmission the lever attach to.
