More electrolysis adventures

Been doing some parts the last few weeks and improving my techniques. My H block had rust inside, I tried filling it with vinegar for a few days. That got some of it out but I decided to try electrolysis. A piece of scrap plywood and a few long bolts from the scrap bucket. I soldered the wire to the heads. Bolts were spaced to the water jacket openings. A 10 amp charger and it ran a little over 10 so it tripped out in a few minutes. I set it to 6v and it ran at 6 amps for several hours till the current went down to 1-2 amps. Next day I cleaned the anodes and ran it a few more hours. Pulled the board off and GAWD what a slimy mess it made. Drained the fluid and scooped what greenish muck I could and I see nice gray-black surface inside. Pressure washer next.
