New Hand Held Welder

I bought this welder over a year ago and have not used it. I need to do some welding on my horse stalls. Do you have one used one. Is the weight on your hand a big disadvantage? As far as performance goes the reviews were good up to 3/16 steel. I have my mig welder in the horse barn but working from a wheelchair on the short welds and then moving is a problem with the hose.

Conditions hard to explain. Seams no one here has tried one though. I keep thinking well maybe tomorrow.

I'm guessing it 120v ? If so 3/16 will be a cold weld.

I bought this welder to weld 1/8" tabs on 1/8" channel on horse stall sides I built after I had horses and hay close. You can see what I intended doing by looking at the top channel next to the open door on the post. I am using the new stall with the channel just laying over the top.
