The last year for the 1850s, they were available with Over/Under. Use one from an 1855, I'm not sure. The input shaft might or might not be the same. I would think they'd be the same, but don't take my word as gospel on that. Better to ask on the Oliver Forum. You'd need the OU lever and all of the linkage.
