Where can I find the spring for the latches and how do you replace them?

Hmmm I’ve never had to deal with that before. Maybe find a spring the right size from McMaster Carr? I’ll look at one of mine tomorrow to see if I can figure out how to get it apart

You might try classictractorhardware dot com. That's Bill Martinson. He sells Oliver hardware like that. I don't know if he'd have those or not. I kind of think I might have gotten a spring at the hardware store once or twice for them. I think the tail end just turns in to a hole if you spin the spring.
