Oliver Plow Question

I ordered a manual for the Oliver 565 3 bottom semi-mount plow and discovered that the front hitch bar is in the wrong set of holes. It should be in the first and third holes and it is in the third and fifth holes, which is for a 7-8 bottom plow LOL Would you try it where its at and see how it plows or move the hitch bar in the right holes to begin with?? The inner drawbar as the manual calls it is in the wrong hole as well so I will have to adjust it too.

Might have been set up for a totally different tractor size than what you have. Might have been set up wrong too.....
Lots of Oliver and IH , Allis plow vids on YouTube.
Might learn something there. GG

The manual should indicate the wheel spacing for the set-up shown. Your wheel spacing may be different and match the way the plow is set up now. Get out the tape measure and do some math before changing anything.l

Suggest looking at moldboard plow project over on REd Power , they mentioned their Ollie plows . Guessing is not for your equipment or you .
