Omega XL

But has any one used Omega XL ?
and if so could you see any good results.
my old legs are worn out, stiffness had taken over

Just curious how many have used it .

Omega XL is basically fish oil that has been processed into the form used in the capsules. Many years ago at a previous job we were working to come up with a product based on fish oil. What we are told at the time was the highly unsaturated oil can act as a blood thinner and help people needing such a compound. I don't know if that's true as there has probably been more research since then. I guess the only way to find out if it helps is to try a bottle. I don't think its anything that can hurt other than maybe your wallet. I have been asked at doctor visits if I have been taking any fish oil supplements, which I'm not so it appears it means something to them if you are taking them. If you are on other medicines I would be careful on how the fish oil interacts with that.

Nope never used it but see my results with another medical supplement and it’s non results lol

I'll be 71 in a 2 months. Been taking both of these for going on 20 years. The Chondroiton has been a godsend for my joints. If you decide to take it, don't expect immediate results. Over the course of about a year, my joint issues became less frequent or disappeared all together. I would recommend it to anyone. Start before your problems start. Omega the doctor recommended a year or 2 later.

Ive got some serious shoulder arthritis going on so I will study that for sure and ask my doctor
